How To Make Keto Buffalo Chicken Pasta Roll Ups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the chicken,
green onions,
cream cheese,
¼ cup of the wing sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Place a little of the filling mixture on one end of each lasagna noodles,
and roll the noodle around the filling.
Layer ¼ cup of the wing sauce in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish.
Place the filled noodles on top of the sauce in the dish.
Brush another ¼ cup of the sauce over the filled noodles.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with additional green onion before serving.

- 1 Can Palmini lasagna noodles drained and rinsed
- 1 C. Shredded monterey jack cheese
